Thank you for choosing Wild West Overland LLC. We prioritize your satisfaction and understand there may be times when a product doesn’t meet your expectations. Here are our return and refund policy details:
14-Day Return Window
You may return items within 14 business days from the delivery date, as shown by our tracking system. Unfortunately, returns after this period cannot be accepted.
Flat Rate Return Shipping
For your convenience, we offer a $6.00 flat rate for return shipping, simplifying your return process.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This policy helps ensure a smooth and equitable return process.
No Restocking Fees
To ease the return process, we do not charge restocking fees.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or refund. This category includes our tactical clothing, underwear, hats, and backpacks. Products from Pop-up Stores, Street Markets, Tent Sales, items on SALE TABS, or purchased with discount codes of 30% off or more, are also considered FINAL SALE.
Return Condition
Items must be in new condition for a return, free from makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, smoke odor, or any other stains.
Shipping Your Returns
- Clothing: Return items in protective material and a sturdy box or bag to avoid damage during transit. We are not liable for damages that occur in transit.
- Shoes: Must be returned in their original box, placed inside an additional shipping container.
Reporting Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, report it within 2 DAYS of delivery to returns@wildwestoverland.com with photos of the damage.

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5-7 days of receipt. You'll be notified regarding your store credit issuance. Purchases made with store credit are final sale.
